Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1--3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays but can be shipped on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided at checkout, based on the shipping method you choose. You may receive tracking updates as well.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mystic Garden is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Mystic Garden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Once you have done the first step please send us a message and we will do our best to replace your item, although there is not a guarantee for replacement.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

Repairs for Breakage or Damage:

Regardless of the cause, we will repair your jewelry free of charge, provided you have proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair.

Replacement for Lost Items (Limited to One Replacement):

On select items, we offer one free replacement in the event of loss.

As each piece is unique, replacements will not be exact replicas but will be crafted to resemble the original as closely as possible.

Alternatively, you may choose a similar item from our current stock of equal value.

Repair-First Policy: We prioritize repairing your original piece unless it is deemed irreparable or lost.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Required: Customers must register their item for the warranty within 30 days of purchase.

How to Register: To register, please email us at WarrantyRegistration@mysticgardendesign.com. with your proof of purchase, product details (item name, SKU, or description), and your contact information.

If the item was purchased on eBay, Facebook, or Square, please include your order confirmation or receipt.

Warranty Cost: The Lifetime Warranty is available as an optional add-on at the time of purchase for a one-time fee, or during warranty registration if the purchase was made within the past 30 days, for a one-time service charge:

$10 for items valued under $50

$15 for items valued between $50 and $100

$20 for items valued over $100

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when sending items for repair or replacement.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty applies only to select or limited-edition items clearly marked as eligible.

Standard items not marked as eligible are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

How to Make a Claim: To make a warranty claim, email warrantyclaims@mysticgardendesign.com with:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

A photo of the damaged item (if applicable).

Details of the issue or request (repair or replacement).

We will assess your claim and provide you with instructions on shipping the item to us.

Exclusions:

Items not registered for the warranty within 30 days of purchase are not eligible.

Only one free replacement for loss is provided per eligible item.

Warranty fees are non-refundable.

Return Window: You have anywhere from 14-30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unless otherwise specified on a specific listing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. (Handcrafted Jewelry is eligible for a lifetime repair and replace warranty as a separate 1 time purchase and must be registered for the warranty to process a claim.)

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at via eBay's messaging service. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
